Cottage Grove Avenue to close for sewer repair, Oct. 7–8
The City of Kirksville’s Public Works Department says crews will excavate for a sewer main repair on Cottage Grove Avenue between East Illinois Street and East Harrison Street starting Wednesday, Oct. 7. The street will close there from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day the work is underway, reopening overnight; the repair is expected to take about two days, weather permitting. Drivers are asked to use alternate routes through the area.
