City puts marijuana tax funds toward CAPNEMO childcare project

The City of Kirksville presented CAPNEMO with a $36,500 check this week — funded by the city’s marijuana sales tax — to help renovate a former preschool on Locust Street into additional infant and toddler daycare space.
