Names for the Adair County Veterans Memorial Wall must be submitted at least six weeks before Veterans Day to be engraved in time — for Veterans Day 2026 (Wednesday, Nov. 11), that puts the deadline around September 30, 2026.
Registration requires proof of military service (a DD214 or discharge papers) and an engraving fee (current pricing available from the City Clerk), plus a completed registration form, submitted to the City Clerk (660-627-1225), City of Kirksville, 201 South Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501, or to any Adair County Veterans Commission member. The wall sits on the west side of Baltimore Street, bordering Rotary Park.
