The Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Commission is required by Missouri’s Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act to authorize the transaction of business and exercise of powers under the Act before ordinances designate redevelopment areas, plans, or projects.
Members serve four-year terms. Voting members include city, county, library, and school district representatives.
