Please help us welcome Mrs. Alexis Uecker, new third grade teacher at Ray Miller Elementary!Alexis comes to the district after subbing and teaching second grade at Faith Lutheran the last few years. She is originally from McCook, Nebraska, and earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Peru State College. For Alexis, the best part of teaching is the connections she gets to make with her students and watching them grow throughout the year.Outside of school, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends—and she is extra excited to welcome a baby boy to her family this November!
