The Lakes, Parks and Recreation Commission (LPRC) recommends to the City Council policies, rules, legislative initiatives, development plans, programs, and other actions that preserve Kirksville’s lakes, parks, and open spaces while enhancing recreational opportunities and long-term planning for community needs.
Members serve three-year terms.
