The Kirksville Historic Preservation Commission (KHPC) recommends policies and ordinance changes affecting landmarks or historic districts, approves construction plans for historic structures, and forwards recommendations on new landmark nominations. The Friends of Forest-Llewellyn Cemetery Committee operates as a working group under this commission.
Members serve three-year terms.
