The Airport and Transportation Commission (ATC) recommends policies, rules, legislative initiatives, and other actions to enhance aviation, rail, highway, local street, public transportation, traffic control, and other transportation resources in the Kirksville area. Two working groups — the Sidewalk Work Group and the Ground Transportation Group — operate under the commission and post their own agendas and minutes.
Members serve three-year terms.
